Job Summary


The Office Administrator plays a crucial role in the efficient functioning of an organization by overseeing various administrative tasks and ensuring smooth daily operations. Key Responsibilities



  1. Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to staff and management, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence.

  2. Office Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment. Ensure all office supplies are stocked and equipment is functioning properly.

  3. Record Keeping: Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases. Ensure confidentiality and security of office data.

  4. Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.

  5. Event Coordination: Organize and coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring all logistical details are addressed.

Qualifications
